Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Collection Items

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ruttloff-Jeans, Johann Ruttloff, Wolfener Straße 32-34, Haus J – 1.OG, 12681 Berlin, Germany, www.ruttloff-jeans.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter, email, or fax).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Shortened or Altered Collection Items

For individual length adjustments (except standard length 36), the right of withdrawal expires, as these are customized products.

  • Excluded from the exclusion are material defects and transport damage to the delivered goods.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Items and Custom Jeans

Custom jeans are manufactured directly after ordering according to your individual specifications. Therefore, withdrawal is excluded.

  • Excluded from the exclusion are material defects and transport damage to the delivered goods.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will reimburse you for all payments, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
  • The repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, without additional costs.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Return of Goods

  • You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
  • The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by Ruttloff-Jeans.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
