Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Costs

All stated shipping costs are dynamically calculated by our shipping service provider (DHL).

Overview of shipping costs:

• Germany: 8.50 – 10.00 EUR
• European Union: 12.50 – 25.00 EUR
• Worldwide: 25.00 – 45.00 EUR

For international orders, different costs may apply. These will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Times

• Collection pieces: 1 – 3 working days after order receipt
• Custom-Jeans: 20 – 30 working days after order receipt

Shipping days are Monday to Friday.
Delivery is made from our warehouse as soon as the goods are fully available.
Should delivery times be delayed, we will inform you immediately.

The delivery period begins:

• for payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued
• for other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery date shifts to the next working day.

3. Returns

For returns, the following applies:

• Cost of return: The customer bears the cost of return, unless there is a material defect or transport damage.
• When exercising the right of withdrawal, you will receive a digital shipping label from our partner Shopify/DHL after notification, should you wish to use it.
• Please pack the goods securely and note that individualized items or custom jeans are excluded from withdrawal (exceptions: material defects or transport damage).

4. Notes on Processing

• The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment (if advance payment) or conclusion of contract.
• The return should take place within 14 days after withdrawal to meet the deadline.
• Any reduction in value due to improper handling of the goods may be deducted from the refund.
