Right of withdrawal for collection items

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send me ( Ruttloff-Jeans, Johann Ruttloff, Leipziger Straße 33 – Hinterhaus, 01097 Dresden , www.ruttloff-jeans.com, johann@ruttloff-jeans.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Right of withdrawal for shortened or modified collection pieces

The right of withdrawal for shortened collection pieces expires due to the individualization of the selectable length sizes, except for the standard length 36. The expiration of the right of withdrawal is indicated separately during the ordering process. I recommend -in case of doubt- to order the standard length and take advantage of my free shortening (www.ruttloff-jeans.com/service). Further shipping costs do not arise for you. Excluded from the excluded right of withdrawal are material defects and transport damage to the delivered goods.

Right of withdrawal from custom jeans

Please accept that the ordered jeans with all of your specified, individual details, directly after the order, is made by me and therefore a revocation is excluded.The expiration of the right of withdrawal is indicated separately during the ordering process.For questions about the configurator and the size system, I recommend that you contact me directly at johann@ruttloff-jeans.de or +49(0)162-2684199. Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, I must refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

I may refuse to refund you until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to me immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by Ruttloff-Jeans as a service. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
